TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
​All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final tattoo cost. If the client fails to show up or cancels without giving the stipulated notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

CANCELLATIONS
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the deposit. Only one rescheduling is allowed per booking.
PUNCTUALITY
Clients are advised to arrive on time for their appointment. If a client is more than 30 minutes late without warning, the session may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled.
PREPARATION
Clients should come to their appointment well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a meal. It's advisable to avoid alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours before the tattoo session.
DESIGN
Any design changes must be communicated to the artist at least 72 hours in advance of the appointment. On the day of the appointment, substantial changes to the design might not be accommodated and could result in rescheduling and potential loss of the deposit.
AGE RESTRICTION
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to get tattooed. Valid photo identification is required on the day of the appointment. Arcadia Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone unable to provide valid ID
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Arcadia Tattoo retains the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to, inappropriate behavior and health concerns.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Clients should disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the tattooing process. If a client appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the session will be cancelled with the deposit forfeited.
PRICING
Factors influencing price include size, complexity, placement, and duration of the session. All prices are non-negotiable.
PERSONAL ITEMS
Arcadia Tattoo is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the studio.
HATE SPEECH
Our studio is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel appointments without a refund of the deposit, or escort individuals from the premises if they engage in verbal or physical conduct that attacks, threatens, or dehumanizes others based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or age. Furthermore, we will not perform any tattoo featuring symbols, imagery, or text associated with hate groups, extremist ideologies, or any content intended to incite violence or promote discrimination.
